winter blues

In Mumbai, since December 6, late evening the air has turned frosty to malevolent and there are two ways of approaching operation winter combat. The 1st is to stock up Chyavanprash, paracetamol/combiflem tablets, buy Sweater’s and other one is FOOD.

In north India, they eat sarson da saag and makki di roti with pure ghee. It’s a immunity-building, nutrition rich, and heat-giving food for human body in winter season.

Be carful while eating food in winter, I am sure you will add few KGs on your body.
